Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management of the company's warehouse, including the inbound, storage, outbound, and inventory work of materials, ensuring the safety and accuracy of warehouse materials;
2. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, classifying, coding, shelving, and labeling warehouse materials to ensure the accuracy of material information;
3. Reasonably arrange the storage location of materials based on inventory situation, optimize warehouse space utilization, and improve material access efficiency;
4. Regularly conduct inventory checks, verify the consistency between material quantities and system records, and promptly identify and handle discrepancies;
5. Manage the shelf life of warehouse materials, monitor the entry and exit of materials, ensure first in first out of materials, and avoid losses due to expiration;
6. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment, comply with and implement the company's warehouse management system and operating procedures;
7. Assist departments such as procurement and sales, provide inventory data support, optimize inventory structure, and reduce inventory costs.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, with a background in logistics management, warehouse management, or related majors preferred;
2. At least 1 year of work experience in warehouse management or related fields, familiar with warehouse management processes and operating standards;
3. Having good numerical sensitivity and logical thinking ability, proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or office software for inventory management;
4. Familiar with the storage characteristics and requirements of various materials, able to arrange the storage conditions of materials reasonably, and ensure the safety of materials;
5. Pay attention to details, have a good sense of responsibility and execution, and be able to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of warehouse management work;
6. Good teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate with relevant departments and collaborate to complete material management tasks.
